Ann

Ann Saldi is one of New England's most highly revered Fitness Professionals. As a national and international presenter, she is well known for her unique and creative dance based choreography. She was voted "Best Of Boston" at the 2004 Fitness Evolution Convention. Ann was a Fitness Pro with Reebok for over 4 years. She is currently the New England Education Specialist for ZUMBA® Fitness and has trained thousands of Zumba® Instructors throughout New England. She is an AFAA professional and AFAA CEC provider with over 20 years experience. She has starred and was featured in 3 Creative Instructor Aerobics videos.


Andria

Andria has been an Aerobics Instructor since January 1987 and has previously studied gymnastics, ballet, tap, jazz and competitive baton twirling. In addition to being involved in sports and music her whole life, she holds a Kickboxing Certification through AAAI. She has also studied Irish Step Dancing and Hip Hop. Currently, she works with seniors, children and people with all types of disabilities. Licensed in: Zumba Basics I, Basics II, Zumba® Gold, Zumba® Toning, Zumbatomic® and Aqua Zumba.


Abby

Abby is a 500-Hour Certified Kripalu Yoga teacher, nationally recognized as an Expert Registered Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance. She has completed advanced training in Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation, as well as Theoretical and Applied Yogic Philosophy, and General and Applied Anatomy and Physiology. Abby is continuously inspired by her students, encouraging them to live a life of vitality, with humor, healing and wellness. In 2010 Abby established, and became Director of Teacher Training, for the Yoga for Life 200-Hour Teacher Training and In-depth Study. As one of the area's first Zumba® Fitness instructors, Abby combines her love of dance with body sculpting movements, in an exuberant atmosphere of booty shaking fun.


Aimee

Aimee is a mother of four children ages 13 to 27, is an age defying fitness professional with over 15 years experience in Group Exercise. She is a certified AFAA Group Exercise Instructor; Mad Dogg Spinning® and BODYBLADE® Instructor; TRX® Suspension Trainer; Les Mills BODYPUMP™ Instructor, and Muscle Conditioning Trainer. She works with all groups from 6 years old to 86 years coaching with the philosophy that fitness is for all ages. Aimee teaches at several Metro Boston Health Clubs. She has a passion for high energy classes with motivating work out music. Sherry Catlin, Sports Nutrition Workshop - AFAA, CPR and AED Certification - American Heart Association


Jesse

Jesse ...Passion, Purpose, and Power have made Jesse one of the most popular high energy Fitness Instructors in the Boston area. Jesse has over 10 years of experience teaching Group/Personal Fitness and Spinning® and is active with numerous Health Clubs. A true endorphin junkie, Jesse has taught thousands of Group Exercise classes, primarily indoor cycling. He is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Fitness Trainer; Mad Dogg Certified Spinning®; Instructor and BODYBLADE® Instructor; TRX®; Suspension Trainer as well as an experienced Martial Arts Instructor (Black Belt, Kenpo Karate). Jesse is also a Civil Engineer, Helicopter Pilot, and former Paramedic, with an eclectic career in fitness and world travel.


Erin

Erin loves Zumba® and teaches her classes with unparalelled enthusiasm and limitless energy. She grew up dancing in a local dance studio and loved every minute of Jazz, Tap, Ballet and Hip Hop. However, she dropped dance to accomodate her hectic schedule and subsequently put on a little weight. A couple years later, while at a local gym, she saw people dancing and went to see what was going on. At that point she discovered Zumba® and after losing 50 pounds doing Zumba® she never turned back! She is now AFAA certified and is loving her life as a Zumba® instructor!


Gina

Gina has 18 years experience teaching group fitness, managing group exercise programs and training instructors on the South Shore. She is an AFAA® group exercise instructor and licensed Zumba® fitness instructor. Gina is a diverse instructor and teaches Zumba® Fitness, Step, Hip Hop, Kickboxing, Pilates and more. Salsa music has always been very important in her life. She has been salsa'ing since she was a toddler with her Puerto Rican Father. Its only natural that Zumba® Fitness is her passion! Her goal and wish for everyone taking a Zumba® Fitness class is to feel that same passion and inspiration as she does!


Shannon

Shannon is a licensed Zumba® Fitness instructor. She is very grateful to have the opportunity to combine her life long passion for dance and her love for fitness and share it with others. Shannon has been dancing for over 20 years and has studied various styles including Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, Ballet and Modern. She attended Dean College in Franklin, MA and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Dance and a minor in Business Administration. She has danced and choreographed for two local dance companies in the Worcester area and has performed in several shows. In 2002, Shannon performed in the Pregame and Halftime show at the NFL Pro Bowl in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was also a Cheerleader for the Worcester Wildcats Semi Professional Football team. Shannon is a Certified Hip Hop Hustle Instructor and is CPR and AED Certified as well.


Jimmy

Jimmy has recently become a Zumba® Instructor because he loves using dance as a way to express and relieve himself from daily stress. He sees Zumba® as the optimal way to exercise, allowing you to burn calories, lose weight and feel good doing it. He loves Zumba® because it's fun and incorporates many people from many backgrounds. He hopes to make many friends through his new adventure of becoming an instructor and hopes to share everything that he has gotten from Zumba® to all those that will take his classes.
